Azure SQL Source Connection

We are having issues attempting to set up an Azure MSSQL database source - when testing the connection we receive the following error from Qlik (v2025.11):

We are able to connect to the source endpoint using the same ODBC driver using python, on the same machine running Qlik Replicate:

No other logs as we cant set up a task. Has anyone else had any experience with this error?

Hello @Vegy ,

I'm not sure which source endpoint you are currently running, but Qlik Replicate supports ActiveDirectoryServicePrincipal authentication for several endpoints.

Please compare the connection string used by Replicate (available in the task log file, see "connection string") with the one used by your Python script. If you need to pass extra ODBC parameters to Qlik Replicate, you can use the internal parameter additionalConnectionProperties (note: this is case-sensitive) and enter your Key/Value pairs there.
