Replicating only the difference between source and target?

Hello guys, new to qlik, question - is there an option to set replication to replicate only the difference in data between source and target?

You can set your task to capture changes only or CDC only mode.

Change processing (CDC): Captures changes in the source as they occur and applies to the target in near real-time.

When you set up the task, for Task options set it to Apply Changes only.
