Latency issue

Hi,

We are facing latency issue in target big-query when it has large number of incoming records . Like latency 3 to 4 hours

So , as per our business requirement we have threshold as 1 hour so can you please suggest any performance tuning related to this issue .There are lot of uncommitted transactions in disk and memory

As of now we have this set of parameters on the task .

The task is oracle --->big query
