Can replicate affect existing MS SQL Transaction Replication Setup?

Are we currently looking to connect Qlik replicate to existing MS SQL Transaction Replication source.

Would we expect to see any issues with the existing distribution DB/publications & subscribers?

Basically we are hoping Qlik integrates without affecting the existing setup.

We've been using both native replication and Qlik Replicate without any issues for a number of years. We've shared the same databases as sources without issue.
