Replicate: SAP Extractor not fetching data

We have a SAP Extractor replicate job built over a standard SAP HR extractor. When executed without any selection criteria over SAP RSA3 transaction, there is data in the extractor. However, we don't get any data out of Replicate tas.k Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue ?

We need to see your logs and your system setup
Can you please open a case and add to the case your diagnostic package?
