Steps to change the source endpoint

I have 'N' tasks replicating from an Oracle source to S3 and Aurora Postgres. I need to make a hostname change in the connection string of the source endpoint e.g. 'hostname1' to 'hostname2' but that will point to the same database. What are the steps to do this? Just update the value, save and that's it? Do tasks using this source endpoint need to be stopped or not?

Hello Team,

As you mentioned you are using Oracle source. are you working with Oracle RAC or Active passive node configuration. or kind HA solution at the OS level.

If you make any changes to Endpoint configuration the you have to Stop and start the changes to come into effect.
