Endpoint connection issue (Windows Failover Cluster)

Hello, I have Qlik Replicate setup in a high availability environment (Windows Failover Cluster). When I failover to one of the nodes I receive an error message regarding the endpoint. When I go to endpoints I see this

I have tried following the steps listed here:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Installing-a-Qlik-Replicate-Endpoint-Server-on-a-Windows-Cluster/ta-p/1899594#M5698
I am still having the same issue. My other node does not have this issue and has a green check mark instead of the red X. What other steps can I take to resolve this?
