I am not sure I am in the right place... Hopefully someone can correct me if i choose poorly...

We are running what we call Attunity, version 5, to do Change Data Capture from Oracle 12.1.0.1 data bases, to SQL Server data bases. In migrating our Oracle data bases to 19c (since 12c support has been dropped), we can no longer get the Attunity CDC process to run. We are getting errors like this:

"SUSPENDED","LOGGER","ORACDC514E:Failed to add redo log with sequence ####

I have Log Miner running for Oracle. I have tried setting up a User Account on the PDB, and a Common User on the CDB. Neither works (different issues/errors for each user account).

Does anyone have experience with this issue? What do I need to do to get this to run - it was working great before the new Oracle version came along, and of course, Oracle claims it is not their issue. 😞
