Task is in frozen state

Hi ,

one of the full load task , is scheduled for daily (morning and evening) . Client complained that ,suddenly the task got freezed up . when they are trying to restart, its not getting started. But there is no error also in the logs . Could you please help on this what could be the reason for this .

Hi,

Please open a case for this problem so we can further troubleshoot it. For collecting troubleshooting information:
Could you please turn on TRACE on all task component when the problem happens wait for ~ 10 minutes and send us : 1. The task logs 2. The task diagnostic package 3. the repsrv.log (so we can see if there is any issue with Replicate server)
