Qlik Replicate HA setup

Hi,

I have a Windows Server 2019 VM where Qlik Replicate is installed. I am trying to setup high availability.

I have created one more VM with same configuration as the current Qlik Replicate VM.

However, I am unable to locate failover cluster manager role in Windows Tools/Manage while adding the role.

How do I achieve HA with Windows Server 2019 VMs.

Any reference/steps/assistance is appreciated.
