Task event Notification is not getting send on '[DATA_STRUCTURE ]E: SQLite general error. Code <10>, Message ' error

I have configured the task event notification on Qlik Replicate for all tasks on 'any error' and the rechecked the configuration its working fine.

I have tested with some task which are erroring out and notification is getting triggered and working fine, but in case of above SQLite error the notification is not getting triggered.

I have spend 1 day around it and didn't find solution.
I need help to understand and find the solution on the same.

Thanks for reaching out to Qlik via Qlik Community Support page. Such issue require through analysis of Task Settings, hence request you to reach out to technical Support via a case and provide Diagnostics package .
