&lt;P&gt;First of all, can you check your websocket connectivity by using&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Sense-Websocket-Connectivity-Tester/ta-p/1716909" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Sense-Websocket-Connectivity-Tester/ta-p/1716909&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After this, error 400 Bad header is usually, in Qlik Sense, due to an error in your Virtual Proxy, because Qlik Sense address (external IP or FQDN, ect. ) is missing in the white host list section.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In my memories, this tool use an header authentication, right ? If yes, then check the associated virtual proxy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
