      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem in my company, sometimes Access Point do not work and i check the qlikview services and they are running but users cannot see the dashboard in the access point until I restart the qlikvies services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;How frequently does this occur?&amp;nbsp; It shouldn't be necessary, but a scheduled restart of the services - each night perhaps - may keep it behaving correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on the error you are getting a standard tool for checking whether websites are up ad behaving may suffice.&amp;nbsp; There is one called JMeter which has a lot of features and may be a bit overboard for what you are wanting.&amp;nbsp; I'm sure there are many other tools also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on where the error manifests itself (Access Point menu or in a Document itself) you may need to have a user account with a Doc CAL doing the test.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
