All,

I have a task failing but when I see the reload script log, the execution has finished successfully and there are no errors in the log file.

However I noticed the following from the tasks status

2023-10-31 12:59:14 UTC

Message from ReloadProvider: The sequence of events was not completed. Check engine or script logs.

Does anyone experienced this before and know what is the cause for this?

Hi David - yes I checked the link and we have enough disk space etc., no virus scanning on qlik folders etc.,

We are using qliksense enterprise Aug 2022 Patch 9 - 14.78.16

We also had handful of application failing with the below error.

Message from ReloadProvider: The sequence of events was not completed. Check engine or script logs.

In our case issue is with custom properties of Qlik application. We removed and added back custom properties for the failed applications, this resolved the issue and all the failed task completed successfully.

Qlik Sense Task failed in QMC but script execution without errors from script log.

We also getting the same message "Message from ReloadProvider: The sequence of events was not completed. Check engine or script logs" from QMC. But there no errors from script logs and engine logs.

What type of custom properties are you removed an added back the application? Can you please help??

Hi @kannekantiOH

We logged onto the QMC , select and edit the app which is failing with this error.

We checked the what custom properties app has, we removed and added back the same custom properties. This resolved the issue in our case.

For example : If the app has custom properties app_type and value is 'ABC'. Please remove the value 'ABC' and add it back, hope this will help.

Same error here, our disk was full.

Cleaned up old repository db backup (9.6) an logs all is working again
