The reload failed due to database issue. Then he reloaded it again and still failed. After these two failed reloads, the sever memory consumption jumped to 98%, and it did not go down for 10+ minutes. This made the entire server extremely slow or almost not responding and we had to reboot the server. We know the data model of the QS app was poorly designed and we will work on it.
