I wants to develop a sim registration app

I am a newbie and have little info aboutapp development. I wants to develop sim registration app. Can I do so on the behalf of my knowledge as a newbie. Or should I hire a freelance developer.

If yes then tell me the quielties of the developer that are suitable to hire

To develop a sim registration app - if I get what you mean, you want to analyze data about sim registration?

If the above is correct, then you will need to find out where that data is stored or situated either in system database or some cloud data source or basically on excel or CSV files.

Once you answer the above then you can begin to use Qlik to create your apps to analyze sim registration.
