Stream with RUDP access users list in data load editor

How do i get list of all users with RDUP access levels to particular stream as a load script in QlikSense data load editor. I have been told this will have list has all the users who have and not have accessed apps from the stream.

Planning to get the users and RUDP access from here and build load script and apply section access on the app level and on the app sheet level

How do i get source users and RDUP list from QMC > Stream > Stream Name> User access into data load editor through a query into load script?
