Invalid visualization error for native Qlik map chart

Hi all,

We're using Qlik Sense Enterprise (November 2023), and we're encountering a recurring issue when opening a sheet that includes the native map chart visualization. The error message reads: "Invalid visualization: Can't find visualization on server."

Upon checking the developer tools in Chrome, it appears the visualization is timing out. Refreshing the page a few times temporarily resolves the issue, but the problem reoccurs after a short while.

Has anyone experienced this with the native map chart before, or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Hi @Farshad_Razor

My first thought would be to upgrade Qlik to a newer version. I have encountered this error before, cant remember what version unfortunately.

Another thing to have a look at is the "Max visible objects" (See below)

I don't know how many data points / layers you have in the chart. But I think this is more to do with the server connection than the object itself timing out.
