Blank page while trying to share a Qlikview report via e-mail

Good day everyone,

I have a user that is trying to share a Qlikview report via e-mail but all the time he tries it, instead of being redirected to outlook a browser blank page pops up.

Could you guys help me solving it?

Hi @Sam07 ,

Does this user work from the accesspoint? What are the steps taken to create a report to mail?
Is this a QlikView Report which will be downloaded as a .pdf file when generated?
