How to add image in qlik application

I'm using Qlik cloud for development and i want to add image in application, I'm new to Qlik cloud and doesn't know how to add image in application front as new updates are coming in Qlik cloud, so I am not able to find any option for image change,

please see the highlighted image, i want to change that image
I can't paste the actual image of application because of compliance issue,

Please help me if you know answer, it is very urgent.

You have highlighted an 'automation' blank template. Those images for automation templates cannot be changed.

However if you actually meant that you want to change the thumbnail of an app, here are the instructions.
