zlib error when adding a subfile to the xlsx file

Hi,

I am trying to export data from a Qlik table and getting the following error:

'zlib error when adding a subfile to the xlsx file'

I've not had this error before despite using the data and the table in my app this way for a while.

Any ideas about how to fix? I've looked at previous posts and they haven't been too helpful.

I have run into similar behaviour on a earlier version. Which version of Qlik Sense are you using?

Qlik Sense May 2023 Patch 9 - so I'm guessing this would contain the fix?

I would expect this as well, but when I looked back at my internal notes I now remember this was in our case probably fixed by replacing som damaged hardware (Harddrive / boss card) on one of our sever nodes.

So that could be something to do, check the health of your hardware. If that seems all OK, then I would try to reach out to Qlik Support for help.
