How to display or export all variable names, definitions and values from an app

I have an app with over 300 variables. I want to export these variables including the definitions and values to file.

I would prefer not to use an extension to accomplish this. I would prefer an option to use the script or export from a table or other object in the app.

I tried to search for an answer, but didn't see a good one.

Hi @datagrrl,

If you are using Qlik Cloud you can use Qlik Application Automation to get part of the information you are asking. Use the List Variables block:

Thanks! I used an extension I found, but I might have to be doing a lot of this, so that will help.
