Unable to use the QLIK Dashboard tools on an embedded sheet.

Background:
We are building QLIK sheets and embedding them in our platform for clients to view their usage analytics. I would like to use some of the tools within the QLIK dashboard bundle in these embedded sheets. For example, I want to add text to explain what people are seeing. I would also like to add a photo to make the reports look prettier.

Issue:
While I can add these tools (i.e. text) in the sheet it doesn't show up when I embed this sheet. Any insight on how to use these tools on an embedded sheet would be appreciated.

The Text object you are trying to use is part of the Qlik Dashboard bundle. These objects have limitations compared to built-in controls. For example, "It is not possible to edit objects from an object bundle supplied by Qlik with Dev Hub". Reference:

According to the internal team, it is likely that this object is one of a few classic/Angular-based visualizations that are not supported by qlik-embed, /ui="analytics/sheet" or ui="analytics/chart". A possible workaround is to use classic/app or classic/chart. You could post a snippet of your embedding code here for further feedback, if needed.

Thanks for the feedback. That's unfortunate. Is there an alternative way that we could add a photo or text (explaining what people are seeing on a sheet) to a sheet that we are embedding?
