topic Vizlib Filter performance is very slow - need guidance for alternative native Qlik filter in App Development

I am some requirement to have filters with multiple filters with single select option. Out of which one of the filter is always single select when loaded. Also when a user tries to change the values on the other filter, the always single select filter should change. I tired with native filter and it is not allowing to change the value. Hence I am using Vizlib and it is working fine there. But the performance is too slow. Is there any alternative approach we can try.
