How would I use 'Crosstable'

Hi I am trying to create a line graph such as the one below shown in Excel. How would I use crosstable on my table below in order to achieve something similar.

Hi,

I do not see the link between the first screen copy and the 2 others. I will try an answer considering you want to use a crosstable on the second table. Let's imagine you have a table with Partner dimension and then columns per date with the value for each partner (SOURCE table in my example).

You would like to convert this in a new table with Partner, Date, Value fields (DATA).
