Filter pan shows hierarchy level

Hi All,

Filter pan shows the Hierarchy level. I have two columns ID and Name.

These two columns shows in filter pan as a hierarchy. Not for two filters. Single filter shows.

If ID drop down shows the corresponding values like that.

Here Category and Sub Category two fields. Here filters shows the hierarchy level. Users will select the category level wise required sub-category.
