Thank you so much for your quick response.

I would like to upload the API created from our company Qlikview 10 Applications in the cloud for clients to access without accidentally changing the script, expression etc.

Firstly, QlikView 10 is long out of support. QlikView 12 is the current supported version. You can upload QlikView applications to a Qlik Sense tenant in the cloud and have your clients access it there.

May I know can Qlikview 12 be downloaded free of charge as Qlik has already moved to Qliksense and stop supporting Qlikview anymore.

You can download QlikView 12 for free, but your QlikVIew license must be eligible for use with QV 12 (ie the maintenance is current). I recommend reaching out your Qlik rep to discuss what your options are.
