Good morning,

i've upgraded qlik sense enterprise to the versione november 2024.

I'm trying to configure the google ads connection. The credentials are ok.

When i select in the filter of the account area i get the error.

ERROR RETRIEVING VALUES

It should show the customer id

I can use google analytics without problems

A frequent cause is not having selected the "Manage your Google Ads Manager campaigns" checkbox on the Google consent screen during the initial authentication. Even if you've granted other permissions.

Thanks, can you explain better the steps i need to follow?

I don't find this checkbox
