Help for Modelisation - Team Management : Stock time tracking for task

Hello Everyone,

I really need som help for my modelisation.

BX is my transactions application. I have 1 task for an agent.
Manager can add some other task not from BX. it will add the quantity of the task to do in other app.
At the end of the day the agent will add the time for the qualification and the day in Time tracking app
I Have 3 fact tables :

1: BX transaction : transactions affected to 1 agent with a qualification.
3: NotBx transaction : Entry Stock by date for notBX Transaction with a qualification.
2: Time Tracking : Quantity done and time for a qualification and agent for a date (Bx or notBX)

I have join a sample data.

I want to know for a date and an agent : How many qualifications are done, how many in stock how many is closed - for BX and Not Bx.
Problem is that I have different granularity with BX and not BX.

For BX Transaction, i have created an intervalMatch to between creation date and today date to have a calendar.
I create a key table with a TypeDate column to have : Stock/creation or closed inside.

But how to integrate the timetrancking and the notBx transaction to have a complete view of the task.
