Not be default(native) as used to be triggered in Qlik View but some extension have this feature. I believe Vizlib has triggers or

as commentes by @robert_mika , NO as we use to do in Qlikview

but, you can use a button object

this example will select all possible values

1. Add a button object

2. Click in Add Action

3. on Action list, select "Select possible values in a field"

4. Select a field

Another example could be to select fixed values

1. Add a button object

2. Click in Add Action

3. on Action list, select "Select values in a field"

4. Select a field

5. List the value separated by ";"
='value1;value2;value3'

Within the most scenarios it's not necessary to select fields with buttons/actions else within a properly designed data-model the data are appropriate associated and the expressions could reference to all selected fields. Any magic with the buttons/actions is usually a detour: Let the User Select - Qlik Community - 1463978.
