QlikSense version for solo users

Currently, as far as I am aware QlikSense is the only BI tool from the big three that is lacking a no strings attached free tier for solo users.

PowerBI has had PowerBI Desktop for years which is (free/local)
Tableau has had Tableau Public for years which is (free/cloud)
and just recently they announced Tableau Desktop Free edition which is (free/local)

I know QlikSense technically has QlikSense Desktop but its seemingly hidden away, requires an unlock token and my understanding is its really just a trial version intended for extension developers.

And the cheapest Qlik Cloud tier seems to be $300/month so there doesn't seem to be any offering that is affordable for a solo user and I think that can be a barrier to people becoming familiar with the product. Part of why PBI has taken so much market share in the BI space imo is how easily accessible it is. I don't know, just venting I guess to see if anyone shares this sentiment...

A free personal use version of Qlik would be awesome!

I have heard many people fresh out of college say they know PowerBI because that's what their school used to teach in Business Intelligence classes. Giving universities that option in Qlik would create an army of potential developers who are already trained!

I 100% agree and have heard similar things from fresh grads.

Also, I noticed you liked my post about the frustration with the way responsiveness currently works. If you agree with it, could you please vote for the idea on Qlik's ideation page: https://ideation.qlik.com/app/#/case/275038?cpid=bc5e21c7-f3a3-4242-a6bd-5046411c0ba3

Same for my table recommendations, if you like them then you need to vote on the linked ideation links because that is what Qlik actually looks at when deciding new features.

Please go Support Downloads and grab Qlik Sense Desktop and the trial unlock file and instructions.
