Qlik Sense Dashboard Promotion

I have imported a desktop Qlik Sense dashboard into my Qlik Sense Platform server. I published it so that others can see it. I can see that I can duplicate existing tabs and promote them to add them. However, how do I update the ones already published? How can I update the app information like the icon? Is there a good formal process people usually use to promote dashboard changes? Is that documented somewhere? I'm having a hard time finding any promotion documentation.
