Partial Reload Fails with Error 403 in Shared Stream Using Vizlib Writeback

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using the Vizlib Writeback Table to allow users to input comments. The comments are stored in a QVD file, which is defined in the writeback table setup. I've also configured the table to trigger a short partial reload each time a writeback occurs.

I develop my app in my local workspace and frequently publish it to a shared stream where I am the admin. The setup works perfectly in my personal workspace, but when I publish the app to the shared stream, the partial reload fails. I receive a Qlik Sense Error 403 (Access Denied), followed by this message from Vizlib:

"The user is missing Update access on the App (with ID: [ID of the published APP]) (Needed to be able to save the segment)."

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Someone helped me with that one, the solution is not mine 🙂

In the custom properties of the app (from the QMC) I set the property "is_persistence" to "yes"

And now it work perfectly
