Qlik Sense Map: "*Currently showing a limited data set."

Hi to All,

can anyone help me to understand how Sense Map works showing data on the map?

And Why the message "Currently showing a limited data set" appears?

Can I have the total control of Map data sets?

Same issue for me, map points are not all shown and do not seem logical. This is a pretty big deal for me.

EDIT: I received an answer from Qlik, the reason this shows is because the map is inherently limited to only 1,000 map points. Qlik looking to perhaps make this limitation more clear to us end users.

This limit also applies to the number of polygons that can be rendered in a chart, apparently.

The limit has to be raised or made configurable. In Mexico we have over 2000 counties; in USA they have over 3000, if I am not mistaken.

We should be able to show all counties in a map!

This is also a huge issue for us, so so annoying!

I think we might split our KML into a few files to try and get round it.

Any word on if Qlik are doing anything about it?
