    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive updated our Qlik Sense server to 2.0.1 few days back. Everything is working on apart from exporting to pdf/image. When i try to export something im getting an error message "An error occurred during the export". All the services are working normal and there is nothing in the log files. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i trace the requests that are made via chrome dev tools i can see that the request for the printing return "&lt;SPAN style="color: #222222; font-family: Consolas, 'Lucida Console', monospace; font-size: 12px;"&gt;500 Cannot establish a connection to Qlik Sense: Qlik Sense Printing Service&lt;/SPAN&gt;". &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried from different machines/browsers but the result is the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is is possible that some port is blocked from the firewall?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stefan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
