Images are not shown in Qlik cloud

Hello everybody,

I have build an app in Qlik Sense whre I used the logo of my company on each page. In Qlik Sense Desktop everything works fine. When I upload the app into Qlik cloud everything works fine too, except of the logo not being shown.

Hi Peter!

Please try it:

Qlik Management Console -> Content libraries -> upload the picture in 'default' directory

Paste your pictures in sheet again.

Thank you for your answer but unfortunately your idea dosn't work. Maybe it's just a beta bug. Or did you mean the Management Console of Qlik Server? If so, it won't help neither, because I'm using Qlik Desktopn and Qlik cloud.

I am coming closer to the problem. Images are not embedded in the *.qvf file. The same "no show" problem occurs when I send the *qvf to a friend of mine. I have to send him the image separetedly so that he can save it under "...QLIK/Sense/Content/Default". Then everything works fine.

Unless it's still a fault of me beeing a newbe to Qklik this should be fixed in upcoming versions.

Hi Peter.
I'm having the same issue whit images not beeing transfered to Qlik Cloud. Did you find a solutionto this?

Hi Anders,

I had some diskussions with Qlik employees and it seems that it is simply not possible at the moment. If you run a Qlik server you can upload as many images as you like but not if you use the free Qlik cloud service.
