stop when max is reached

Hiya

I have this line of code

=interval(max({<Target={'100'}>} DateTime) - min({<Target={'<100'}>} DateTime) ,'h:mm:ss' )

however even though it gives correct answer of time difference when 100 is reached, I need it to stop reading next line or row of data for that customer, as the next line can still say 100 target is reached

please help
