Best Practices for Publishing App in Qlik Sense

I'm new to Qlik Sense and wanting to find out best practices on publishing apps. We have several developers building shhets in a single app. It appears this is the wrong approach b/c our developers seem to step on each other more than not and there modifications are overwritten. How do you have multiple people working within an app and be able to add/modify different sheets (they wouldn't modify the same sheet at the same time)?

In addition, when we publish the next version of our app, it appears that any report created by one of our users is deleted (the section under "My Sheets". How do we publish changes to existing apps without impacting stuff our users have created?

Are there any branching strategies that people use?

Hi Scott,

I have a testing steam where the completely developed apps are published for testing and once ratified you can published the app to the live steams.
