Open QlikSense App with Default Selections

Hi,

I am wondering if we can open a Qlik Sense Application with selections already defined by default.

As an example, when we open the app, we need to have the field year already filtered on the value 2015.

Is it possible?

Use the bookmark feature at the top of your app to add these default filters and then create a new bookmark giving it a useful name then save the document.

You can have as many as you like to switch to standard selections easily.

Is there any other option to accomplish prefiltering without selecting a bookmark within the new version of QlikSense?

you could create a variable and set the value of it as default and wire it into your chart measures that need it. Then use something like QVariable to allow the user to alter the variable value.
