qlik sense hub on android device

hello,

Today I purchased an android tablet version 5.0.2

I'm using chrome browser version 48.0.2564.95

Showing the hub I can't see the create new sheet button and also it seems not to be responsive as chrome on IOS device.

Is there some reason for this rendering ?

Hi Andrea,

I think it is due to the screen resolution. Eg.: You can browse the QMC with minimum 1024x768 screen resolution.

I don't know what is the limit inferior to create apps in hub,

You can test the screen resolution via change the size f the browser window.

There is a point, with that change the entire hub and applications.

1280x736 pixels

Just to know how can I change screen resolution ?

I'm still unable to create a new sheet on my android tablet.

Someone could help me to achieve it ?

Hi Andrea,

I think your 1280X736 should be well screen resolution.

I don't think so it is due to the browser, with Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari should work well.

I tried create app with an old iPad and it worked.

Do you still have a problem with notebook/desktop PC? If you have I suggest to contact with your system administrator or with Qlik support (http://www.qlik.com/support).

Could you share with us some screenshot (volume up+power I think).

I just tried with both Chrome and FireFox browser on this tablet but the behavior is the same on my smartphone.

Using PC desktop, notebook and even iPad it works as expected that is I'm able to create a new sheet.

I solved using lightning browser hiding the menu bar.
