can anyone share app that contains datamodel handling multipal dates?

I want to know

Example:

I we have four table

in which 3 tables contain one date field , and the 4th table contains 3 date fields.

and these 4 tables also contain a common field called member_id

It would be helpful if someone can share app that can show a data model that can handle multipal dates and also synthetic key.

You can create an Island calendar and use set analysis in your charts to handle data from multiple tables...
