Hello lads ,

I need a Small favour from you guys ,the thing is as i got a reqirement which says like this.........

1)Double click on truck quantity – can show breakup by transporter........

what does it exactly means any technical explanation please ..was it like if i click on quantity will its as to route me some where else? am i right

Quantity is a field which shows how much Coal has been transported through truck and rail.......please find my attachment which was handed to me as a requirement doc...

Yes exactly. Moment you click on Quantity, it should show the breakup of Quantity by Transporter.

You can make one straight table chart having information of quantity by transporter & enable it when user clicks on Text Box.

Hi Naveen,

I am assuming that the business is looking to view how the coal was tracported in a hyrarical way as per your explanation and the attached image. I would suggest you to make use of a tree map to display this. That should fit the case quite perfectly here.

To be honest with you i never heard about this tree map ,if you dont mind will you please navigate me how to achieve this task i mean to say where could i can find this map any sample example with scenario please

The tree map will actually fit right for your case as there wont be any negative values and will help you drill down. Have a look at the example qvf.
