Collating records when Yes is selected

Hi....I am currently using Qlikview to compare our outstanding purchase order quantity against the maximum quantity set for the Inventory. I have created a chart that has identified this with a yes or no but what I am wanting is to be able to select only the records that state "Yes". I am hoping someone can help.

Hi Chris,

Try this:

sum({$< Field = {"Yes"} >}Quantity)/ Sum(Max({$< field = {"Yes"} >}Quantity))

here "field" is the col which has values "Yes"/"No"

If this does not solve your issue, its better to attach a sample qvf or a qvw .

Thanks for your help. I am afraid I am very much a novice with Qlikview and I am only just learning to use it. I have shared the qvw file with you. Can you please have a look at it for me as I have tried the formula with no success.

The file I uploaded was rejected because I did not have a description about the file. I have added a description and reloaded.
