Qlik sense server expansion button for visuals

Hi guys

I have a qlik sense server deployment and I've noticed that the expansion button works on some browsers

and does not show up for others

I've tried it in 2 different work environments both using the same version of Google Chrome.

Has anyone else experienced this? I prefer to have the expansion button as in the first image.

Appreciate any help you can guys can give.
