show last 7 days data when input date is input in input box

i have input box extension

If i input a date in input box it should show all data for last 7 days (in the same way for this month ,YTD,MTD)

it would be great if some one share an app

LOL, I am late, I was building an app for you as my App contains a lot of company's data, cant just send it to you as an example..

Below is the app I built, YTD and MTD are driven by filter selections, is this what you need? sorry I cant share the app as it contains confidenial data, but I can build a sample for you if you think this is what you need.
