SALDO = Amount of account

Cuentas_EERR = Account Clasification

Sum ( {<[Cuentas_EERR]= {1}, [YEAR]={'2018'}>} [SALDO]) - Sum ( {<[Cuentas_EERR]= {1},[YEAR]={'2017'}>} [SALDO])
