Hi,

I was wondering if we are allowed to edit the javascript, html, css just a little in Qlik sense server ? Does Qlik allow that? Has anyone ever tried it?

That link talks a lot about creating custom themes, but what if I wanted to change the green selector color in the qlik sense server for all of my apps by editing the source code (if that's possible)?

Seems you missed this post: Re: Access to CSS. No, it doesn't explicitly say that you can change the selection color. Just where you can find the css files that might make it possible. No idea if it is actually possible. I don't think changing the green-white-gray convention is a good idea so I haven't tried to change that.
