Why after load big file into QS , the file size become big ?

Hi All

My issue is when the file size getting bigger and I am not able to load up cloud. As cloud upload have file size control, This happen on QS ver 3.

Step 1 :- Load small file

My Qlik Sense after load , SMALL FILE SIZE 6 M below :-

Binary 'lib://v/6M.qvw';

My QVF file size = 7.1 M

Step 2 :- Load big file

If I try to load , BIG FILE SIZE 12 M

My QVF file size = 20 M

Step 1 :-Load small file

My Qlik Sense after load , SMALL FILE SIZE 6 M below :-

My QVF file size = 17.9 M

My question is how to make it 7.1 M ? at step 3.

I had an issue where the file size was increasing markedly for no reason. From under 50,000KB to 125,000+ and increasing even change I made.

What I eventually did was reload just the first sheet (set statements) using exit script. and then reload everything again. It dropped back down to 45,000 KB.

It is unlikely to help you though

Mmay I know what you mean you load only first sheet ? Can you give me more detail info pls..

BY the way , in your opening , you mention that you also encounter the same same issue like I face. So you are one of the Qlik sense user right ?

May you share the Tableau info with , I have try it about 2 year ago , they don't have personal edition , so with in 15 days i am not able to figure and the forum is not as active as Qlik forum.
