Hello all

I am facing an Unsupported File Format when publishing a Qlik Sense application with section access. My steps were

1. Create an Qlik Sense app and apply section access.

2. The section access was successful and the data was reduced when opening the app in my Work space.

3. When I published the app to the Everyone Stream and try to open the app in the Hub, I get an Unsupported File Format error.

4. When I roll-back section access in the app and republish it without security, I can open it

Is this a known bug and why is this happening?

I am using Qlik Sense 3.0

Thanks

Jeanne

Do you give yourself access? Or in other words: is you user included in the section access?

Or did you roll back to 3.0?

Haivng the same issue and I am on 3.2.1

Hi all

The final solution I implemented was to make a copy of the original file, rename it to something else and then delete the original file which had this error. I have not seen the error since and I did not make any changes to what I did for section access so I do not think it is security. FYI.
