Qlik sense App do not Open in browser

Hi All,

I have developed application in qlik sense and shared to one user by email using qlik sense cloud.

The user can see thumb nail but when he clicks it do not open in browser but gives message " An error occured . Connection lost

Make sure Qlik sense is running properly... . "

and keeps waiting.

please note i am not using qlik sense server just qli sense cloud where you can share your app to 5 other users free.

please let me know is there is any browser settings or port issue.
